Three products. One simulation engine.

Edge Experience puts a team in a room. Edge Assess puts a candidate in a scenario. Edge Academy puts one person in front of it at their own pace. Same engine underneath, three different jobs.

For the organisation you already have

Edge Experience

A facilitated day. Your team takes charge of a virtual company under real pressure, across three or four rounds of 26 minutes, each round covering 26 weeks of trade. Then a debrief, which is where people finally say the thing they have never said in a meeting.

What the day gives you

✓

Behaviour, not self-report

You watch how the team decides together when the clock is running, rather than how they describe the way they work.

✓

A shared reference afterwards

"That is what we did in round two" turns out to be a faster way into a difficult conversation six months later than any framework.

✓

Our reading of what happened

Where information stopped moving, who was actually deciding, and where the team's appetite for risk really sits.

What a single day is worth on its own

A day does more inside a longer piece of work, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise. But a one off engagement is not a consolation prize. It is usually the fastest diagnostic a leadership team will get, and several clients buy it for exactly that.

Diagnostics

Where handovers fail, where information stops moving, which function actually gets listened to. In one afternoon rather than two quarters of noticing.

Insight you cannot schedule

Judgement shows under real pressure, and real pressure arrives on its own timetable. A day creates it deliberately, and safely.

A reset

A team stuck in the same argument gets a different one to have, and a shared reference to argue from afterwards.

Talent you would have missed

People who do not present well in a meeting often run a business rather well. A day is where that becomes visible.

Succession input

An objective behavioural data point on the people you are considering, sitting alongside appraisals and reputation rather than replacing them.

For the people you are about to hire

Edge Assess

Candidate assessment on the same engine, without a facilitator. Send a link. The candidate spends fifteen minutes inside a realistic work scenario. You get comparable data on how they prioritise, communicate and handle risk, before you have spent a minute interviewing them.

What you get back

✓

Behavioural data, not self-reported traits

Every metric derives from what the candidate actually did, not what they said they would do.

✓

Calibrated, comparable conditions

Every candidate faces the same scenario, the same pressures, the same timeline. Fair by design.

✓

Scales without compromise

Send ten links or ten thousand. The experience and the data quality stay identical.

For individuals, at their own pace

Edge AcademyEarly access

The same engine, self-paced, one person at a time. The scenarios are different from the facilitated day and built on the same principles, so Academy builds capability in its own right and measures it while it does.

Where it fits

✓

For people who cannot be released for a day

Most development reaches them as content to be watched. Watching does not build judgement. Deciding does, and only when someone sees what their decision caused.

✓

The quickest way to feel the engine

If you want to know what a simulation is actually like before committing a team to a day, this is the shortest route in.

Early access

Academy is still being built. Early access means you see it as it develops and your feedback shapes it.

How it runs

Three ways to engage

Most clients start with us in the room and change that once they know what they are looking at.

01

We run it for you

We facilitate the day and work with your people beforehand to understand what you are trying to find out. You get the session and our reading of what happened in it.

Best for Team diagnostics, leadership away days, pilots before a wider rollout

02

A partner runs it with you

Several organisational development and leadership consultancies deliver our simulations inside their own programmes. If the day is one step in something longer, a partner can build it into the programme and carry the work on afterwards. We will suggest one who fits.

Best for Leadership programmes, change initiatives, blended development

03

Your own people run it

Once you have seen a day run and want it across the organisation, we train your facilitators over two days. What you do not get is us in the room, so the debrief becomes yours to make.

Best for Organisation‑wide rollout, repeat cohorts, in‑house academies

Start from the problem instead

If you would rather begin with the situation than the product, the Applications pages describe what people actually bring us.
