The five standard simulations cover most of what people bring us. When they do not, we build the scenario around your business instead: your sector, your pressures, the decision you actually want people to face.
That is a real piece of development rather than a rebrand of an existing day, so it carries a real cost and a real lead time. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for your group size, and say so if one of the standard simulations would get you the same answer sooner.

Your own people run it
Once you have seen a day run and want it across the organisation, we train your facilitators over two days.
You get the simulation and the capability to run it. What you do not get is us in the room, so the debrief becomes yours to make.
