Alongside our corporate engagements, we partnered with regional schools to deliver immersive business simulations designed to bridge the gap between education and employment.
Rather than observing business concepts in theory, students stepped into a live commercial environment; experiencing first-hand the complexity, pressure, and trade-offs involved in running an organisation.
The Objective

Through our TeamWork Simulation, students ran a virtual business in real time and successfully made strategic and operational decisions under time pressure. By interpretating financial data and allocating resources across competing demands, the the students were able to achieve some excellent results.
The experience translated classroom knowledge into applied commercial judgement.
