Boardroom.Inc is a c-suite training simulation that challenges C-Suites to improve and drive performance.
The simulation presents real-world business scenarios to address leadership performance, succession, ambiguity, corporate risk, and the importance of whole-of-system decision-making.
C-Suites will be put to the test by taking a struggling business from good to great. The groups will need to demonstrate high levels of teamwork, empathy, and resilience. They will have to build the governance around improvements, make a profit, and create an organization that is agile and able to react to changing marketplace conditions.

We challenge teams to develop the strategies to deliver organizational success in only a few short hours
The simulations are designed for groups of up to 15 people and divided into three to four rounds. Each round is 26 minutes and involves the equivalent of 26 weeks of trade. After each round, teams get to reflect and learn from past mistakes to improve their performance in future rounds.
